The Visiting Nurse Association invites you to join us for a Ceremony of Remembrance
Tuesday, October 15, 2024
6:00-7:00 p.m.

It is our pleasure to share this special time of remembrance with you. This ceremony is for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. It will also honor the hospice patients and families served by VNA between January 1 and June 30, 2024. You will have an opportunity to share memories during the ceremony.
