Proudly presenting the Paul Harris Fellow Award on February 18, 2026, for “outstanding community service above self” is Hummingbird Care Services CEO and Sunrise Rotary Health and Wellness Chairman Colby Bechtold and Rob McCallum, Sunrise Rotary President.
The Paul Harris Award was created in 1957, by Paul Harris, Founder of Rotary. Awardees receive the certificate, medallion and pin.
 
Janean Barrows, Encompass Health Community Liaison, was selected for sincerely sharing her time, energy and heart to make our community a better place. Making a quality difference in the lives of others, she shines with her dedication, leadership, compassion and unwavering support. She has  uplifted individuals, inspired colleagues and collaborations for the senior population. Setting a shining example for others to follow, it also represents the Hummingbird Care Services culture to serve with integrity and purpose.
