GAB Community Institute Announces GAB Sports Youth Soccer Program Connected to MLS GO in Vero Beach

GAB Community Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Florida communities through education, youth development, wellness, and family-centered initiatives, is preparing to launch GAB Sports Youth Soccer, a recreational youth soccer program connected to MLS GO for children ages 4 to 14 in Vero Beach and Indian River County.

The Fall 2026 season is planned to begin on August 29, 2026 and run through November 7, 2026. Registration is expected to open on July 15, 2026, with the final field location to be announced after facility confirmation.

MLS GO is a recreational youth soccer program designed to increase participation in the game and help make soccer more accessible, inclusive, and fun for children and families. Through GAB Sports, GAB Community Institute aims to bring that same spirit of access, confidence, teamwork, and community connection to local families in Vero Beach and Indian River County.

“Soccer is more than a sport. It is a way for children to build confidence, friendships, discipline, and a sense of belonging,” said Guilherme Sanches de Araujo, President of GAB Community Institute. “We are excited to develop GAB Sports as a community initiative that creates new opportunities for children and families in our region.”

As part of the launch, GAB Community Institute is also introducing the GAB Sports Youth Access Fund, a community support initiative created to help reduce financial barriers for local families. The fund may support player scholarships, registration assistance, field and safety operations, hydration, supplies, volunteer resources, and community outreach.

A contribution of $185 may help support one child’s participation for the Fall 2026 season. Local businesses, families, and community members are invited to support the Youth Access Fund and help more children experience the benefits of organized youth sports.

GAB Sports Youth Soccer is designed as a recreational, family-friendly program focused on fun, skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and community engagement. The program will serve boys and girls ages 4 to 14.
