Quail Valley Collegiate-Am Returns with Ryder Cup Legend Paul McGinley
On October 18-20, 2025, Quail Valley will host elite collegiate golfers from 16 universities, including Northwestern, Penn State, Florida Atlantic, and Indiana. But this year's tournament represents something far bigger than competition—it's a partnership that will transform youth golf access in Indian River County for generations.
THE PARTNERSHIP THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
Ryder Cup Captain Paul McGinley, a global golf ambassador and Windsor resident, has joined forces with the Indian River Golf Foundation (IRGF) and The McGinley Foundation to elevate this event into a true community investment. All proceeds will fund the proposed IRGF Performance & Training Center, a state-of-the-art facility that will provide year-round access to golf instruction, technology, and mentorship for local youth.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
• YOUTH IMPACT: IRGF has served 300+ kids annually for 17 years. The new training center will expand their reach dramatically, ensuring every young player has opportunity regardless of financial means.
• ECONOMIC VISIBILITY: This tournament has already put Vero Beach on the national collegiate golf map, attracting visiting teams, families, and this alignment only enhances future events that bring tourism dollars and recognition.
• PROVEN PIPELINE: Past participants include Bob MacIntyre (RBC Canadian Open Champion), James Piot (US Amateur Champion), and Chris Gotterup—proof that this tournament identifies future PGA Tour talent.
• LEGACY BUILDING: This isn't a one-time event. It's the foundation of an annual tradition that grows in prestige and impact each year.
AN EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY
Monday, October 20th features an intimate dinner at the Quail Valley River Club with Paul McGinley and a special guest (We have to assume someone from this years winning Ryder Cup Team). Attendees will enjoy a fireside chat covering Ryder Cup stories, the state of professional golf, and Paul's vision for impacting Vero Beach through the game of golf. This is a rare chance to connect with a legendary figure in golf while supporting a cause that directly benefits our youth, our community and its future.
HOW OUR BUSINESS COMMUNITY CAN ENGAGE
• SPONSORSHIP: Multiple levels available, from title sponsorship to event-specific support
• PARTICIPATION: Register for the College-Am and play alongside collegiate talent (SOLD OUT)
