Master’s Academy Launches Innovative Center for Calling & Career  to Equip High School Students for Purpose-Driven Futures

New program offers academic, career, and spiritual guidance to help students  discover their God-given calling and confidently step into life beyond high school.

VERO BEACH, FL - Master’s Academy of Vero Beach is pleased to announce the launch of its exclusive Center for Calling & Career (CCC), a visionary initiative designed to provide academic, career, and spiritual guidance to high school students as they navigate critical decisions about their futures. This exclusive program further distinguishes Master’s Academy as a leader in holistic education on the Treasure Coast.

The CCC will be led by Jenny Sutter, recently appointed as the Director. With over a decade of experience in education and a Master of Science in Montessori Education with a focus on educational leadership, Sutter brings both passion and expertise to her new role. Under her guidance, the Center will implement programs and strategies to help students chart meaningful post-secondary and vocational pathways.

A key component of the CCC is the Student Leadership Institute (SLi) — an initiative that supports students through college readiness preparation, career exploration, and spiritual development. In addition, Sutter will offer individual academic and career counseling, guide students through dual enrollment opportunities and scholarship applications, and oversee the administration of assessments that help identify students’ unique strengths and aptitudes.

Students will also have access to leadership training, service-learning projects, and Master's Academy’s distinctive Vocational Technology Apprenticeship Program, providing hands-on experiences with local business leaders to explore potential career paths.

Master’s Upper School Principal, Kim Gillette, also expressed enthusiasm about the new center: “At Master’s, we want our students to feel empowered to dream boldly and prepare with eternal purpose. The Center for Calling & Career serves as a vital bridge between academic preparation and God’s calling on each student’s life. Through this program, we help students see how their learning, talents, and passions can be used to impact the world for Christ, not just in the future, but starting now.”

Master’s Academy has experienced a 15% increase in high school enrollment over the past year, a trend expected to continue as more families seek a values-based education that supports students, not only academically, but also spiritually and personally. 

With the launch of the Center for Calling & Career, and the addition of Jenny Sutter’s experience and leadership, Master’s Academy continues its commitment to developing well-rounded, purpose-driven graduates who are prepared to lead, serve, and thrive in their communities.
