About Us

TCCH is a nonprofit, providing comprehensive, high-quality health care to more than 26,000 insured, underinsured and uninsured patients. TCCH, Indian River County’s only Federally Qualified Health Center, has eight locations providing medical, vision, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. TCCH is accredited as a Patient Centered Medical and Dental Home facility and provides services in an outpatient environment. TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the PHS Sec. 330 grant represents 18% of our total funding. Sliding fee
discounts may be available for patients with limited resources.
