The Learning Alliance is committed to improving education and literacy for all children. Our vision is for all children to become literate, compassionate, creative lifelong learners who will improve our world. We dream of a future where children are taught to think critically and creatively, possessing the skills to be successful in the 21st Century. We strive to create an environment where community leaders, businesses and individuals work together for the greater good, so that our community can prosper.

Our mission is to build a Moonshot Community where 90% of students are reading at grade level by the end of 3rd grade, and together with our community partners of the Moonshot Community Action Network, we are working to make Indian River County a leading literacy capital of the nation!
