About Us

The Indian River Golf Foundation (IRGF) has been serving youth and the community for 17 years, building a legacy of impact through the game of golf. Founded with the vision to inspire participation, honor traditions, and foster excellence, IRGF reaches more than 300 young players annually across Indian River County. With dedicated programs for all ages and skill levels, we provide a pathway from introductory clinics to competitive tournaments, blending golf development with life skills, leadership, and mentorship. Our core programs: Players On-Course, On-Tour, and On-Line. Each program is guided by the Five Pillars of Golf Skills, Course Management, Rules & Etiquette, Leadership & Life Skills, and Self-Care. Beyond the course, IRGF connects with schools, community organizations, and families to make golf safe, affordable, and accessible. From after-school initiatives to signature fundraising events, IRGF has become a cornerstone of youth development. The IRGF continues to adapt, ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive through golf, on the course and in life.
