The Aqua Home Care Difference
For Eric Young, the motivation behind starting Aqua Home Care (originally Affordable Care at Home) was about impacting the community, with a specific focus on serving seniors. From the start, he wanted to build a home care organization that could deliver a level of service far superior to that of the handful of home care companies he hired to care for a loved one in their final days. After this sub-par experience, Eric believed a concierge approach to home care was the only way to deliver the level of quality he envisioned and expected.

To ensure the best possible outcome and overall client experience, it requires a responsive and caring team, as well as experienced and professional care providers. We make great efforts to attract quality care providers that share the same level of compassion and empathy that our team does. Meeting the client’s needs and finding the best caregiver match is our primary objective, but we also focus on making sure both the client and referred care provider(s) are comfortable with all care arrangements and terms. As part of our concierge service, each client is assigned a dedicated Area Manager that provides on-going support to all parties involved. An Aqua Home Care Team member is available to assist clients and/or care providers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
