We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and account management, with a passion to communicate effectively with clients.
Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with past and existing clients, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and engaged.
Implement smart follow-up strategies that encourage repeat business and improve client lifetime value.
Reach out consistently and proactively to past clients - checking in, providing updates, and keeping them informed of new offerings.
Serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact they trust.
Recognize client needs and introduce services that align with their goals.
Educate clients on the full range of our firm’s services to uncover cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Track all interactions, leads, and opportunities using detailed and accurate records.
Use client insights to improve engagement strategies and future outreach efforts.
Work closely with the intake team, marketing, and other departments to ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
Bring ideas and feedback that help strengthen our overall sales and client retention strategy.
What You Bring
Proven success in sales, account management, or client relations, ideally in a professional services environment.
Excellent communication skills - you’re confident, clear, and persuasive without being pushy.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify client needs and match them to solutions.
Strong relationship-building instincts and a customer-first approach.
Ability to work collaboratively while also owning your goals and driving results.
