Installation Technician- Temporary Wall Modules
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Technician- Wall Modules at Modern Containment Systems in Vero Beach, FL. The technician will be responsible for preparing, delivering and installing and maintaining our wall modules and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and safe assembly, installation and removal of temporary containment wall equipment, along with regular inspection of all equipment while onsite
- Help maintain inventory to MCS standards
- Review order accuracy, product quality and equipment maintenance/repair for all outgoing and incoming products
- Liaison with customer project managers or infection control supervisor on site preparation, equipment delivery and crew training
- Maintain all company standards for safety on jobsites and while traveling to and from work locations
- Transport, load and unload materials
- Be a part of a tight knit team and promote that culture
- Maintain customer service as the primary focus
- Duties will vary from day to day
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Experience in cabling installations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in construction or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of experience in skilled construction trade
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Travel: up to 50% or more based on project volume and customer need
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
