As a We Honor Veterans partner, the VNA is dedicated to providing exceptional veteran-centered care with a commitment to understanding and recognizing the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who have served in the military. Our work reflects our ongoing commitment to improving quality of life for patients and families and ensuring veterans receive care that honors their service, acknowledges their
experiences, and supports their goals at the end of life.
