FAU Harbor Branch presents Exploring Florida Aquaculture Public Workshops Are you interested in learning where your seafood comes from? Do you know how to choose healthy and sustainable options? Find out by joining FAU Harbor Branch researchers and industry partners the second Saturday of each month from February through May as they share their expertise! From your favorite seafood dishes, to restoring coastal ecosystems, you’ll learn how Florida aquaculture plays a key role in a sustainable future. All workshops are from 9:00am-12:00pm. The workshop topics include: February 10: Florida seafood March 9: Finfish April 13: Shrimp, clams, and oysters May 11: Restorations and aquariums Attendance at all workshops is encouraged, but not required. Seafood lovers, educators, students, chefs, and more are welcome to attend these free workshops. Registration is required, please sign up here to reserve your spot.
