Learn eight easy steps to maximum memory fitness at the Total Memory Workout, presented by the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association of Indian River County. The free four-week class will be held Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to noon, beginning May 10 at the North County Library, 1001 Sebastian Boulevard in Sebastian. Designed for the cognitively well senior, the class series offers individuals an opportunity to learn about memory, a brain-healthy lifestyle, and how to practice “memorcises” to build memory muscle.
